Andrew Christie Jnr’s Aberdeen operation recently underwent a major upgrade and our recently opened Grimsby facility is the most modern of its type.
Top quality fish is bought and delivered daily to our factory in temperature controlled vehicles to be processed quickly and ensure absolute freshness.
Filleting
Our professional fish filleters have the ability to process fish by hand ensuring traditional top quality fillets and combine this with modern fast and hygienic processing machinery. The fish is then graded, packed and iced before returning to the chills ready for despatch.
Monkfish
Monkfish are one of our specialities and use professional cutters whose skill and respect for quality ensure that this high value product reaches our customers in first class condition. The tails are then graded, packed and iced to customer specifications.
Smoked Fish
Andrew Christie Junior has a long established reputation for its cured fish to the Export Market. Now occupying the entire second floor of our factory the range of kilns and production area enables us to produce smoked fillets to customer requirements. Small starter orders are available.
Frozen Fish
We have our own coldstore and freezing facilities and can supply a wide range of our products frozen in pallet quantities to the UK and Europe, and container loads worldwide.
